Come and visit the donkeys and mules in our care at our sanctuaries.

Visitor Information

Our Sidmouth headquarters is open to the public every day from 9am - 4pm, with last entry to the car park at 3:30pm. Entrance is free and requires no pre-booking.

Christmas Day opening hours: Our Visitor Centre, restaurant and gift shop will be closed but our car park and walkways will be open from 9am to 4pm. We will reopen fully from 9am on 26 December.

Our Belfast and Derbyshire sanctuaries are open at selected times. Entrance is free but pre-booked tickets are required.

Sidmouth

Our Devon headquarters is open to the public every day from 9am - 4pm, with last entry to the car park at 3:30pm.
