Participants will develop a deeper knowledge of the underpinning theories of equid dentistry and thereby, aid the promotion of practical skill for the prevention and treatment of dental disorders.

Many common equid dental disorders are preventable in their early stages, so the appropriate application of clinically reasoned treatment has the potential to significantly affect welfare and promote quality of life.
